Dr. Tracy Lin enjoys working with patients of all ages. Dr. Lin specializes in infant, pediatric, and teen eye care and eye health. She also specializes in Optometric Vision Therapy and the management of patients with binocular vision conditions. These patients can include patients with eye turns (strabismus), amblyopia, or patients with traumatic brain injuries. This can also include patients who experience double vision, eye strain, difficulties with eye tracking, or other visual conditions that may limit a patient’s learning or working abilities.
Dr. Lin is originally from Seattle and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Washington with degrees in Biology and Psychology. She completed her doctorate of optometry at Pacific University. In her time as a student, Dr. Lin received the Optometric Physicians of Washington Student of the Year Award. Dr. Lin has diverse clinical training in the treatment and management of patients from all ages and backgrounds. Her clinical training has included time at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Walla Walla, Madigan Army Medical Center, and other specialty pediatric and vision therapy practices in the area. This gives Dr. Lin a unique combination of skills in primary eye care, geriatric eye care, contact lenses, co-management of eye surgery, dry eyes, infant and pediatric eye care, and management of binocular vision conditions. Her favorite aspect of optometry is talking one-on-one with patients and building bonds with patients of all ages.
Outside of optometry Dr. Lin enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, cooking, and trying new restaurants in the area.
