Full Time Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist
The right individual will possess excellent customer service skills and be great at multitasking. Must be able to learn quickly. Reception/Admin Assistant experience is required. Computer literacy is a must, with the ability to quickly learn scheduling. We need a self starter that is highly motivated to keep our clinic running efficiently. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting & welcoming patients
– Coordinating patient flow
– Answering phones
– Scheduling & confirming appointments
– Entering patient demographics
– Verifying insurance benefits
– Managing correspondence
– Full support of doctor, technician & optical staff
– Keeping front desk, child play room and waiting area presentable

Full Time Optician/Opticians Assistants
This is an opportunity to work in a retail setting as well as a medical environment. Applicants must be able to offer great customer service and truly care about offering exceptional vision services. Job duties include:
– Frame selection for patients
– Frame adjustments and repairs
– Ordering & dispensing glasses and contact lenses
– Maintaining inventory
– Billing insurance
– Typing or keyboarding skills are a must
– Answering phones and making appointments on occasion
– Checking out patients
– Assisting the doctor as needed
– Fluent in English is required

Full Time Optometric Technician
As an optometric technician you are the patients’s first contact prior to seeing the doctor. You will be responsible for all initial and follow up care making your job very important and equally as rewarding. Our technicians develop strong relationships with our patients and we are looking for someone who takes pride in the care they give to those in need. Your daily duties will include:
– Pre-testing patients
– Scribing for the Drs
– Writing Dr letters
– Faxing/emailing other Drs offices and patients
– Taking, ordering and receiving contact lenses
– Maintaining equipment
– Sterilizing equipment
