Katie

Katie joined The Mind's Eye team in 2020 and achieved board certification as a Vision Therapist through the Optometric Developmental Vision Association in April 2024. She now serves as the Vision Therapist Team Lead at The Mind's Eye Center and as Patient Education Specialist at Specialty Eye. Katie specialized in one-on-one therapy for children with autism, cerebral palsy, and medically fragile conditions. After becoming a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2017, Katie gained experience working with patients with traumatic brain injuries and post-surgical patients. Known for her ability to connect deeply with patients, she advocates for a holistic approach to care that transforms lives. Outside of work, Katie enjoys year-round outdoor activities, from skiing to swimming, and loves spoiling her dog, Monty.
